Do I need to show ID for a home lockout?

Yes. For all residential lockout services, our technician may request a driver's license, lease agreement, utility bill, or other documentation matching the address. This is a standard authorization requirement — it protects you as much as it protects us.

Can you open a door without damaging the lock?
